Remote maintenance / problem solving via VRM & Teamviewer

Today's technology allows us to maintain, configure, update or programme systems remotely.
Even errors can be localised and partially rectified in this way.
Depending on the system, additional peripherals may be required on site.



The following options are available:


- Instructions directly via one of the manufacturer's apps by phone

- Teamviewer or Anydesk with remote access to your local system (interfaces to the devices may be necessary)

- VRM Remote Portal Victron (a GX device with Internet access is required. Mobile phone hotspot is sufficient)




Please note in any case:



An independent power supply usually consists of various components which must work together. Furthermore, such individual components consist of a large number of electrical and electronic parts, which in turn have to work together faultlessly. Unfortunately, this is not always the case. The third factor is the software, which controls the electronics and components.

Unfortunately, we can only influence this to a certain extent and can only monitor it to a certain extent, albeit a large extent.

Most of our products are used in large numbers around the world, so large-scale malfunctions are hardly realistic.
Nevertheless, we take care of every problem.

Our commitment is based on a principle from the Swiss constitution: "Act in good faith", i.e. do your best.
But we also have a certain amount of respect if something doesn't go as planned or hoped.

In order to be able to offer remote support in the future, the customer must understand and accept this challenge.


We charge for our work so that we can take time for your system.
In the case of new systems, configuration costs and system training are sometimes sold, offered or additionally quoted for each system.


We are also happy to take on your challenge.
