*Delivery times

Orders received by 3.00 p.m. are generally dispatched on the same day, depending on the shipping volume.
Express orders must also be received by this time.
Orders placed after 3.00 p.m. will be dispatched the following working day.

Unless otherwise stated, we will only dispatch orders once all the products contained in the order have arrived.
If you require a partial delivery, please make a note of this.



Terms of delivery

All deliveries are made on advance payment or invoice and at the customer's risk.

Any claims for damages or cancellation of the order due to a delay in delivery cannot be recognised. AUTARKING AG is not obliged to insure the goods against transport damage. We reserve the right to make partial deliveries and to invoice them separately. If delivery ispostponed at the request of the customer , AUTARKING AG has the right to adjust the prices on which the order is based.



Shipping costs

We ship goods up to 30kg with DHL Express for CHF 15 excl. VAT.
For larger and bulky items (MultiPlus / solar panels) we reserve the right to pack several packages / increase the postage if necessary.
Batteries and products over 30kg as well as framed solar panels from 120Wp are shipped by a forwarding agent for a flat rate of CHF 100excl.

From a value of goods
of 500.- per order, we ship free of charge.

We try to choose the cheapest and easiest option for you and us.
Of course, all items can also be picked up in Weesen after consultation / shipping choice.

Shipping costs for returns are generally borne by the customer.



Returns

Even if it is annoying, it happens. Nevertheless, we would like to ask you tosupport us in processing your return. So that we can process them quickly, we need a few details about the product, its purchase, as well as details about the problem and the installation. Please completeour returns form.Returns without a completed returns form cannot be processed.

A warranty replacement will only be dispatched after the manufacturer has given its approval. Shipping costs for warranty cases are generally borne by the customer.

If you request an advance replacement device, this can be sent at a charge and is considered a chargeable order and will only be credited after approval by the manufacturer. If the guarantee is not granted, no credit note will be issued.

Never return defective lithium batteries without consulting us. We can arrange for these to be collected (usually CHF 15 excl. VAT - costs to be borne by the customer).
