Inverting cable for remote on/off switching
For charge/discharge control of MultiPlus devices by a non-Victron BMS.
The MultiPlus must be programmed with assistants for this.
The Phoenix inverters (discontinued model) 12/180, 24/180, 12/350 or 24/350 can also be connected to a VE.Bus BMS or a BlueSolar MPPT charger that has a load output:
- VE.Bus BMS: the inverter is switched off when the batteries are empty.
- BlueSolar MPPT charger: direct connection of an inverter to the load output of a BlueSolar MPPT charger is not possible BlueSolar MPPT charger: It is not possible to connect an inverter directly to the load output of a BlueSolar MPPT charger. The inverter must be connected to the battery. This cable can then be used to switch the inverter on and off via the load output.
