Power supply in the allotment garden
The allotment set consists of the following components:
- Energy storage Victron 130Ah GEL battery
The battery stores the electricity generated by the solar panel and the MPPT solar controller.
- Pure sine wave inverter Phoenix 12V/500VA (400W)
The inverter generates 230V AC from the 12V DC voltage of the battery,
to supply 230V consumers with max. 400W continuous power.
-190W monocrystalline solar panel
The solar system supplies energy to charge the battery and / or for current consumption. In summer with full sun (45°, south-facing), it supplies the battery with up to 15A.
- MPPT Smart solar charge controller
The solar charge controller can be programmed via Bluetooth. You can also view various parameters such as the progress of the solar charge, the battery voltage, etc. over the past 30 days. 12V consumers up to 15A can be controlled via the load output.
- Various DC cables, solar cable, MEGA fuse holder, MEGA fuse
Energy yield:
Energy yield 190Wp x 4 (expected yield per day) = 760Wh - 15% (loss of charge controller & battery) = 646Wh (12.5V - 51Ah)
This system is sufficient for some light and radio, mobile devices can simply be charged via 230V, a small 12V water pump can also be supplied. To operate a refrigerator / cool box, a device with a 12V compressor would have to be used. However, this can only be operated on sunny days. Please note that each energy requirement / consumption is very individual.

The cables are "pre-assembled ready for connection" by us.
