Solar charge controller SmartSolar MPPT 150/60
A solar charger is supplied with energy via solar modules and then stores it in batteries. Using the latest and fastest technology, the SmartSolar maximises this energy production and intelligently directs it to fully charge the batteries in as short a time as possible. The SmartSolar maintains the functionality of the battery and thus extends its service life.
The SmartSolar charge controller even recharges a heavily discharged battery. It can operate with a battery voltage of just 0 volts, provided the cells are not permanently sulphated or otherwise damaged.
MPPT: Ultra-fast maximum power point tracking
By continuously monitoring the voltage and current output of your solar (PV) modules, MPPT technology ensures that all available energy is drawn from the modules and stored. The benefit of this is most noticeable when the sky is partly cloudy and the light intensity is constantly changing.
Remote monitoring and control
You can remotely control and monitor the extensive functions of your SmartSolar MMPT charger with integrated Bluetooth by pairing it with your smartphone or other device via VictronConnect. If your system is connected to the Victron Remote Management Internet Portal (VRM) via a GX device, you have full access to your MPPT at any time and from anywhere. Both VictronConnect and VRM are available free of charge. For remote installations - even if there is no internet connection nearby - you may be able to monitor your MPPT by connecting to the GlobalLink 520.

With VictronConnect, you can request live status information and configure all Victron products that either have a built-in Bluetooth function or are connected to a VE.Direct Bluetooth Smart Dongle.
